Through cooperation with our partners in the south we are able to learn about each dog and puppy prior to their journey north so that we can plan for just the right type of family to welcome them.

Mary’s Dogs is a proud supporter of the work of Granite State Dog Recovery (GSDR)

We’re excited to have Granite State Dog Recovery (GSDR)  joining us at the 2020 Run for the Dogs 5k to share their knowledge and passion with other dog enthusiasts!

Granite State Dog Recovery (GSDR) in Manchester, New Hampshire is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Not only does Granite State Dog Recovery facilitate in the recovery of lost and stray dogs but they also educate the public on  lost dog prevention GSDR logo . It is extremely important to know how to keep dogs safe, whether he or she is new to a family or a long-time faithful friend. Dogs can go missing at any age and can also be brought to safety no matter the length of time he or she has been lost. GSDR works in conjunction with police departments, animal control officers, shelters, veterinarian offices, and rescue groups in New Hampshire to reunite families with their lost dogs, and bring straydogs to safety .

As of December 6, 2016, Mary’s Dogs Rescue & Adoption is approved by the IRS as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization . Donors can deduct any and all contributions they make to Mary’s Dogs under IRC Section 170. Mary’s Dogs is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
